What’s Included in This Season Long Package:

Position-Specific, Performance Workout Program:

Specifically designed curriculum for each position. Tailored workouts for hitters, blockers, defenders, and liberos, giving you a competitive edge with role-specific training.

Specialized Clinics: (3 in-season clinics [Condition/SAQ, Strength, Power])

Access to three exclusive clinics at PHP, learning from top coaches and experts. Transform your game with advanced techniques and strategies that cover all skills & fundamentals of volleyball.

2 Corrective Classes/month: (open gym)

Exclusive weekend availability at PHP to address muscle imbalances, enhance mobility, and ensure peak performance through recovery (modalities listed below) or time to get an extra workout in.

Saturdays 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM(Every other Saturday)
