MIDDLE SCHOOL LEAGUE
Welcome to the 2024 Middle School League. This is our 15th year in action, and we are happy to provide a platform for kids to learn volleyball, socialize with school friends, and get a workout!
How to Join the League
Step 1: Everyone will make the league. Please take a look at the MSL Format below for details.
Step 2: Attend the assessment to be placed on a team.
Step 3: We will be sure to email you Date TBD with specific practice times and days. Practices will begin the week of TBD
MSL Format
Dates: Coming Soon, eight weeks of skills and five game days.
Ages: 6th-8th Grade Girls and Boys
Levels: All levels of teams are made based on skill.
Practice Times: 1 day per week for 1.5 hours.
-Practices will consist of 1.5 hours of skill training and understanding of how to move within the game.
-Practices will be held one day a week for 1.5 hours, Monday - Friday, 4 - 9:30 pm. Specific practice day/time for your team will be emailed to you by....
-Practice and Games will be held at Forza One Performance Center.
Tournaments: 5 tournament days total. This includes Championship Day.

Knee pads are optional for all, spandex for girls, Gym shorts or basketball shorts for boys.
*Forza 4 All players returning from previous years can log into their LeagueApps accounts to register this year. All new participants (without a LeagueApps account) to the league will need to create a new account in LeagueApps.
Elementary SCHOOL LEAGUE
Welcome to the 2024 Elementary School League! We are happy to provide a platform for kids to learn volleyball, socialize with school friends, and get a workout! This year, we have revised the league's format to focus on skills training and physical fitness.
How to Join the League
Step 1: Everyone will make the league. Please read about the ESL Format below for details.
Step 2: Attend the assessment to be placed on a team.
Step 3: We will send an email by TBD with specific practice times and days. Practices will begin the week of TBD
ESL Format
Dates: Coming Soon, seven weeks of Skills and Competition
Ages: 1st-5th Grade Girls and Boys
Levels: All levels. Teams Divided by Skill/Grade and Age. Times TBD based on numbers.
Practice Times:
- Ages 6-8: 1 day per week for 1 hour
- Ages 9-11: 1 day per week for 1.5 hours
- Practices will be at Forza One Performance Center
Tournaments: All games will be held on Saturdays.
- Ages 6-8: 3 game days: Sept 23rd, Oct 7th & Oct 14th
- Ages 9-11: 4 game days: Sept 16th, Sept 23rd, Oct 7th & Oct 14th
- Games will be at Forza One Performance Center
Tournament days will be 1.5 - 2 hours long, roughly
-Shirts Included with Team Registration
-Practices will be held Monday - Friday — based on 10-13 players per court hours between 4 – 9:00 pm. TBD
*Teams will be separated by age and skill.
