WELCOME TO OUR VOLLEYBALL SUMMER CAMPS

We offer various Volleyball Summer Camps for all levels for players (3rd grade - 12th grade). Our Summer Camps will consist of Academies (advanced, dynamic and highly technical), VB Positional Schools (specific positional training designed to develop players' fundamentals and help them gain a competitive edge for their club season), Defense Combine (highly advanced and technical training) and ESL & MSL camps (designed to give a strong foundational base of all skills to Elementary & Middle School players). ESL/MSL All Skills Camp Schedule 

Forza1 is proud to partner with Forza For All (nonprofit) to once again provide the ESL/MSL All Skills Camps. All Skills Camps are designed to give a strong foundational base of skills. Not only will all skills and techniques be covered in the camp but movement skills, eye work, and system work will be focused on. This camp will be high repetition and technique driven but will also be fun and positive. This is a great camp to repeat! Please note that once payment is made for a session no refunds will be given.

Volleyball Academies 

**Players must register for each week they will be attending**

Pricing: $235 per week, NO DROP-INS

Time: 9am - 12pm

Age requirement: 7th Grade - 12th Grade (2024-2025 School Year)

Advanced Hitting

Hitting is a skill that requires thousands of reps to master. This camp focuses on proper arm-swing mechanics and arm development to both prevent injury and increase arm speed and power. Advanced concepts of approach and transition footwork and out-of-system hitting concepts will also be featured.

This camp will be fast paced, physically demanding and challenging for players.

Advanced Setting

This camp is designed for the athlete to get hundreds of setting reps with technical feedback! The Setting Academy is highly technical and will cover all aspects of setting, including advanced footwork, hand and wrist work and eye work will be covered.

Campers will learn advanced concepts of setting including offensive systems, decision-making, setter’s role in leadership and communication.

Advanced Serve/Pass

This camp revolves around the important skills of serving and passing. This camp is a great opportunity for players of all positions. This is a high rep camp that will cover advanced techniques and concepts.

**Players must register for each week they will be attending**

This is not a "Libero Camp". This fast paced camp is recommended for players of ALL positions that want to improve their defense and passing skills.
Groundwork, functional movement, and defensive systems will be covered. This camp is physically challenging and it is recommended that players bring either arm sleeves, elbow pads, or a long sleeve shirt for this camp.

     Pricing: $275 per week, NO DROP-INS
