Meet Aaron Flores
Started coaching in 2003 and has been coaching in Southern California ever since.
Aaron started his HS coaching at Centennial HS and later moved to Rancho Cucamonga HS, and now Etiwanda HS where he has complied almost 300 wins during that span. His Rancho Cucamonga HS teams were among the top public school programs in the state getting as high at top 12 nationally at one point. Aaron has trained some of the top players in the history of the IE including four Top 12 Senior Aces.
Aaron also spent time coaching collegiately at the Division 1 level at UC Irvine where he was the 1st assistant coach to Volleyball Hall of Fame member Paula Weishoff. Aaron was responsible for all recruiting and the training of the offense and setters at UCI. In that span UCI was near the top of the Big West conference in every offensive statistical category.
Aaron has served as the Club Director for Forza1 North since the club’s opening in 2014. In that span Forza1 North became the elite volleyball club in the Inland Valley, won multiple medals at the USAV Junior Nationals, and has sent kids to some of the top college volleyball programs in the country at the D1, D2, and D3 levels.
Aaron loves all sports and is an advocate for the resurgence of the multi sport athlete. His favorite thing to do is spend time with his two kids Kanon (5) and Tatum (4).  He also enjoys trail running, Spartan Races, and golf in the little free time he has!
“I am very honored and excited to be apart of Forza1 South in Temecula and the Forza1 Family. We have created such a special place to share the passion for volleyball and can’t wait to see what the future holds for our organization”
