Chelsea Doyle Biography

Chelsea just graduated from UCR. Here is a summary of her volleyball success thus far. She brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to Forza 1 as a coach.  In 2018/2019 she helped coach the 17Elite team.

2016 Led the team in assists with 8.95 per set, good enough for seventh in the Big West Conference … First on the team in service aces with 32, a career high … Recorded a season-high 54 assists.  Had double digits digs on 12 occasions . Named to the Utah State Invitational All-Tournament Team.

2015 Named to the Big West All-Freshman Team . Finished third in the Big West in with 559 total assists … Fifth in the conference at 8.79 assists per set … Had a career high 55 assists in 3-2 win over UC Davis on October 23.  Recorded a career-high 26 digs in 3-0 loss to UC Irvine on October 24. Had 50 or more assists on three occasions.  Named to San Jose State Invitational All-Tournament Team.

High School Lettered all four years at Murrieta Valley High School in Volleyball under coaches Sue Lilly and JD Miranoa … Was First Team All-League in 2013 and 2014 … Named First Team All-Valley and Second Team All-County in 2014.  Was named an All-American at the 2015 Junior Olympics .  Received student-athlete honors.

Personal  Chelsea Nicole Doyle is the daughter of Patrick and Lisa Doyle . She is Majoring in Business . Her mother, Lisa, and sister Courtney played college volleyball for Point Loma and Lindsey Wilson College, respectively . Her career goal is to train professional athletes and own her own training establishment   Her most memorable sports achievement was winning a bronze medal at the 2015 Junior Olympics . We welcome her to the Forza1 staff!
